highly recommended butcher knives with the following items
Belt of Knives, stopwatch, windmill, duct tape,shield, shield spirit, cleansing flame and a lot of chefs hat(these are the necessary items to do a butcher knife build)
most important items is cleansing flame, duct tape and belt of knives and shield spirit
belt of knives so the more you attack the more you deal damage(note that you have to read it carefully to actually use it at its fullest, it was my first mistake when i made my first butcher knives run)
cleansing flame so that the spiked enemies deal less damage like king, rexecutioner, and the spear lizard thingy
you could also consider putting 2 vampiric items but I highly recommend the diagonal ones since they don't interrupt any butcher knives
if you dont know what duct tape does i suggest searching backpack hero butcher knives on youtube
it's surprising how you can survive without the belt of knives to floor 100, you should replace the thing next to the vampiric thingy cause if it's true you can one-shot anything with that abomination of a layout you don't need it and I would recommend the belt of knives
also, I think it should save automatically and it'll stay unless the browser breaks
there's also a chance it is saved in your account and not your browser idk but i saved it, restarted the browser and my 100 floor run is still in tact
well if you want to have a chance at defeating that boss with butcher knives you should get the candle thingy that reduces their spike by 1 so that each attack you deal he spikes only once, also stopwatch isn't really that useful, in my days of playing this I realized that the best item is the belt of knives when using butcher knives because it gives 3 attacks to multiple weapons, for me stop watch is just an indicator of what butcher knife procs the most so that when i get my blacksmith to give rage to one of my butcher knives i do it to the one who procs the most
